i put a request to cancel my insurance as i got a cheaper rate plus did not really explain re why it went up all they wanted was my home info which they had wrong to begin I with gave them able time to file cancelation but money was still taken from my account i even emailed lisa and requested when i would be credit on jan 102024 either email me what's going on or call me no message nor email replay when you call them there always saying there working from home at my place of employment we are always available for our customers poor customer serviceBusiness response

Looking at this file, I see that we processed a cancellation on his behalf the same day he requested it. (Jan 8, 2024) Mr. *****'s next payment was Jan 10th which would have been processed by his bank before the cancellation was completed. I just called the insurance company to follow up on the refund. They do wait to make sure the payments have cleared before issuing. They have issued 2 refund cheques, 1 for $ 170.99 (auto) and 1 for $ 77.76 (home) Both cheques were mailed out on Jan 30th, 2024.Customer response
