Tuesday January 11, 2022 Since November of 2020 todate January 11, 2022, one year one month and eleven days. Mr. **** and Ms. ****** went to get tint done. The Mechanic Mr. Terry K. who was at the previous address Location of This Business 2 - 320 Clarence St, Brampton, ON L6W 1T5 BBB File Opened: 28/1/2008 Contact Information Principal Mr. Jeremy R., Owner and now recently moved to the present address present location SPEEDWAY AUTOMOTIVE INC 13904 Hurontario St, Inglewood, ON L7C 2B8 (XXX) XXX-XXXX, he was given $3,800.00 for customerization. There was an accident with the ***. After the accident he was given $4,700.00 from the insurance company and he did not do the work. as indecated this been occuring for 1Year, 1 month and 11 days(Nov. 2020 toDec. 2021 to Jan. 11, 2022). Mr. k. have been beating around the bush and majority of the time refuses to answer our phone call. Mr. K. claim he ordered parts for the car *** and makes mention that because we are in an aprtment he told the company in the United States to keep the parts; he claim for safe keeping because we have an apartment and the parts might not fit in the partment. He has never been to our place before (to this day they can't deliever the parts) We did not ask the Mechanic to make no such decision he chose to make these decisions without permission. There are so much more to say but we woukd like to have a meeting. Just would like to get our money back. He even said his Nephew had keys to a vechicle we give him to fix. why his nephew have the keys to our car?
