I had signed a contract with Action kitchen owned by Gurjeet S. last year on 24May2021. The sales person was Ewa S. We agreed to a final price of CAD 26,420. On the date of signing the contract, I had paid 25% amount, when I received the call from Action Kitchen, I paid another 60%. There was only 15% amount that was remaining which was to be paid after the completion of work. However, the back splash installation, was also part of the contract. When the back splash person came to install, Gurjeet and Ewa ****** us to pay the remaining 15% money to the person. Hence, 100% of the money is paid. The cabinets installation is still not done even after paying them 100% of the money.**************************************** Following things are pending for which money is already paid and is pending since 24th May 2021. 1. The cabinet door handles are still not installed. 2. The lazy Susan is still not installed. 3. Door Hinges are remaining, 4. Glasses in the corner cabinets are not installed. 5. Garbage bin is not installed. 6. Fillers 7. Crown molding ************** have made nearly 500 calls to Gurjeet and Ewa but they never reply the calls. Infact Ewa **** us that she has quit working with Action kitchen.
