      ****************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** On the 25th of September, I brought in a ******* *** ** laptop for a cracked screen repair. I had asked them if a genuine or authentic screen was going to be used as a replacement and was told that the entire upper panel will be replaced with a new genuine/authentic upper panel. I was informed that the cost for the repair is $600 with a 30 day warranty. I left the device and was informed that the device can be picked up the same day. A couple of hours later, I received a call from the person I spoke to and was informed that I'll have to pick it up on Monday because the screen that they have is not working and that they have to order a new 1. I said it was okay and that I can pick up the device on Monday the 27th. I then received another call from the same person a couple of hours later saying that I can pick up the device immediately because they finished the work and that the screen is working. This was the same day, the 25th of September. I was ecstatic and said I'd pick it up on Monday because I was already out of town by the time I received the 2nd call. I picked up the device on the 27th of September and paid $600. I asked for a receipt and was told that the sticker under the laptop was the receipt. They couldn't give me anything else. On the 7th of October, I called your company to inform you that a line appeared on the screen. ****************************************************** a small purple line showed up the following day we got the laptop for repair but went away the following day. I spoke to an employee over the phone and was informed that since this happened within 30 days, it's still within warranty and I can bring it in for a repair. I went the following day, the 8th
