Absolutely horrible company to work with. First they sent the wrong color blinds. Finally installed and then I had to call them back 6 times within the first month. Inferior products and installation. They give you a time frame and show up 7 hours later. Had them take the blinds back and return my money. ** *** *** **** ***************** ******** *** ************

Could not be happier with this company. Well made, long lasting shutters. We had some damaged due to our own fault and the company could not have been easier to deal with in getting the repairs done. Hats off to Artie & Marco. ***** *** ***********

Our blinds was installed last June 19, 2023. The installer did not set up the remote since it needs to get charged for a few hours and he needs to leave. He told us to give a call if anything does not work. It did not work at all. We do not know if the motor or the remote is defective, but it needs their attention to have it fix since the item was already paid in full. I keep calling them, and when I gor lucky they answer my call and tells me somebody will call me the next week. Until now August 9, 2023, nobody called me to schedule a repair and its very disgusting. This people are not concerned of the welfare of their customers. They are not honest in dealing with innocent paying customers.

Worst company to have shutters installed. Had a consultant attend my home to give a quote. We were pretty specific in what we were looking for. Installation didn't happen for weeks after it was supposed to. Installer attended and installed shutters. Wife was at home alone with new baby and wasn't able to watch what he was doing upstairs. Wrong shutters were installed... installer advised there was a dent and would give us $50 off. Wife felt like there was no other option, so she accepted.

I got home and seen the wrong shutters and contacted the consultant right away and was informed it would be fixed asap. I waited months with no resolution and and had to contact the consultant multiple times and received same response. Was eventually told i would have to contact A customer service person from the company to be able to have them replaced. The customer service was extremely poor ******************. They offered no resolution asides from me having to uninstall the shutters myself and drive them an hour and void my warranty. Was then told they would not be helping me and would have to go through the consultant why the wrong shutters were installed.
Consultant contacted again and we eventually worked out a mutual agreement. I've been waiting 10 months for this resolution we agreed upon and it had yet to have been fixed.

Total time from install to now has been a year and a half and nothing has been done. Wrong shutters installed at my home, they took my money and never rectified the problem and have been avoiding me.
