Initially the project looked amazing and then about a week in the steps and landing sunk into the ground about an inch. This caused the concrete applied surface around the porch to crack and fall off. Also, once it started to rain the colour applied surface from porch started to run down the first step and left white marks on the black coloured riser. We called *** and he promised to come back and take care of it. He even told us to give it a month and call him back but when we did he never answered. We called him repeatedly after that but it went straight to voicemail. ***** ** ****** **** ** *** ***** ** ******* ** ******** ** ****** *** *** ******

I hired Oasis Stamped Concrete last year to complete my driveway, sides of my house and backyard with Concrete. They provided 5 years warranty. Work completed in September 2020. In February 2021, I noticed multiple large cracks on the driveway, sides and backyard so reached out to the company immediately. They promised to come fix the cracks multiple times but never show up to honor their warranty. All communications with the company documented via text messages. The owner Sid is very **** and stopped answering my calls and respond to my messages. Please contact me at XXX-XXX-XXXX for more details*****************************. I really need your help after spending $28000 for the work. Thanks and look forward to hear from someone please. ****** ******* ***************@*****.com XXX-XXX-XXXX

      Business response

      14/06/2022

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2021/09/03) */ We advice our clients not to park on the driveway for 7 days once concrete is poured in Order to allow stamped concrete to cure mr ****** chose to not wait for the 7 days and park next day on freshly poured concrete we can not warranty our clients who do not take our professional advice we are sorry for the inconvenience.... Thx u Consumer Response /* (3000, 7, 2021/09/06) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Oasis Stamped Concrete response is completely false and inaccurate. This is a generic response they provide to many clients for their deficient work. Firstly, I have 24 hrs. date and time stamped CCTV footage of my driveway to prove that I did NOT drive on it until 10 days after the concrete was poured. Oasis would have to prove that I drove on the driveway the next day if they choose to resolve this issue in court. Secondly, multiple communications and pictures were shared with both Sid and Faresh of the cracks at the sides of the house and backyard. How come there are many large cracks at the sides and backyard too where no vehicle can drive? Thirdly, why did Sid and Faresh confirmed via documented text messages to me that they will come and fix the cracks on multiple occasions and most recently on July 3rd at 12:30 PM and August 6th 2021 at 9:01 AM. As I mentioned in the initial compliant, I have a detail file of all communications with both Sid and Faresh. Fourthly, Oasis Stamped Concrete NEVER communicated to me previously throughout all of my communications with them (Sid and Faresh) that they will not honor their contractual warranty. As a matter of fact, I have multiple text messages from Sid and Faresh that they will come to fix their deficiencies from as early as February 2021 which is 6 months after the work was completed. ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************ I am currently seeking legal advice on this matter and am prepared to take it as far as necessary to get to a resolution. **************************************************************************************************************. This process via the BBB is a legal recommendation to ensure Oasis Stamped Concrete is given all the opportunity to resolve their concrete work deficiencies by honoring their contractual warranty. Oasis Stamped Concrete (Sid and Faresh) can choose to do so or allow it to go to court. As I mentioned, everything is documented and being reviewed by a legal professional so its now up to Oasis Stamped Concrete (Sid and Faresh) to decide how they want to resolve this issue. Business Response /* (4000, 9, 2021/09/09) */ We are currently in discussion with our concrete supplier regarding there product ..... we will get back to the client and get this matter resolved thx u Consumer Response /* (4200, 11, 2021/09/16) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Based on legal advice, I am providing Oasis Stamped Concrete with a 10 days notice to rectify their deficient work at *** *********** Crescent. Should Oasis Stamped Concrete choose not to rectify their deficient work by September 26th 2021, then I will move to court to get this resolve. This is a reasonable timeframe provided to Oasis Stamped Concrete considering that they were made aware of the deficiencies since February 2021. Also, Oasis Stamped Concrete (Sid and Faresh) promised multiple times to do so which is all documented. Legal guidance is to ensure Oasis Stamped Concrete is given a reasonable and fair opportunity to rectify their deficient work before proceeding to court. All deficiencies on the concrete work at *** *********** Crescent must be rectified no later than September 26th 2021. Business Response /* (4000, 13, 2021/09/16) */ We always advice our clients not to drive on concrete for 2 weeks after concrete poured ...... Consumer Response /* (4200, 16, 2021/09/23) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Here again Oasis Stamped Concrete is *************************************** providing contradicting responses and information. First, Sid and Faresh said they always advice customers not to driver on concrete for 7 days after poured but in their most recent response they changed the time to 2 weeks now. ************************************************************************************ Sid and Faresh need to realize customers are not stupid people that you can easily fooled. People work hard for their money *****************************************************************. Nothing goes unnoticed in life so these ********* business activities will come back to haunt you down the road. In your previous response on Sept 9th, you were currently in discussion with your concrete supplier and promised to resolved this issue, what happened to that?? ******************************************************************* Anyway, these examples are making my claim even stronger for the court. Please be aware that when this goes to court you will not only come to fix your deficient work but also, my lawyer will be seeking other compensation which the court will decide on. ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************. This is another opportunity for Oasis Stamped Concrete to do the right thing by fixing their deficiencies before this goes to court.
