On April 26, 2022 a gentleman came to our door saying they were doing driveways in the area, had extra materials on the truck and would give us deal to redo our driveway. We agreed on $3750...which I assumed was a whole new driveway. When they came and told me they were done I asked how...so fast..they said they just coated it with 3 inches of asphalt. Still wet so I had no idea. Next morning we saw it was terrible. Tried calling...no answer. Finally got someone named Tony who came and looked at it. He agreed with us and said he would come and redo it end of month. Now...I cannot get in touch with them...must have changed phone number or just disappeared. *********************************************can you please help us?Initial Complaint

Transaction took place from May 11 to 15th. We were quoted 7100, paid 6000 Job to be done: Includes Ripping out old driveway levelling base including gravel where needed and re-asphalting removing all garbage from driveway total price Did not remove the wooden retaining walls from property after ripping them up left them on neighbours yard and we had to pay someone to come remove it. Was told we didnt have to pay till job was completed, there are issues with the job they did. There are bumps in driveway, the driveway is not straight and is starting to crack and not level. Said they would show up fix it Saturday but didnt show when i asked about it they said it was to hot they would come on monday to fix... at this point everyday since driveway was put in on thursday afternoon he been ********* about payment, and wanted it in cash. We sent 3000 thursday, 3000 friday and said that the last 1100 would be paid when the job was finished. was told that i had to trust him and sent the money told him again that I wasnt sending it till it was done... now he is refusing to do the work until money is paid first. After I said I would gladly pay it once it is completed. *********************************************************************************************************** Since he never gave a contract/reciept i only have text messages between us. On April 21,22 a gentleman came to the door offering to do our driveway gave the name James. He have a price of 4200 to so the driveway and extend it over. They came back on April 23 *********************** and gave him a higher price but the told ********** he would do the driveway for 3500. They came April 25,22 to do the work only did part of the work and left stone sitting on the grass. *************************************************************************** Was pushing for the money and said he was going for lunch and would come back to finish. He left and never came back both ********** ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** We had all ready paid. We can not find any info on the business **************************************************s we were over charged and pushed to pay quick ***************************************************** but was only here not even an hour to do the job. It was not even done correctly and finished.
