I have used Luxury Lash Goddess for my eyelash extension certificate and I was happy with the service. Replies from the instructor were slow at times but that is understandable as Erica was busy with other classes. Two years later I have returned to complete my acrylic nail certification through her as I saw she was having a promo. I had originally asked her after paying her for my course if she could ensure my name matched the same as the other 3 certificates I had with her and she said yes, I just needed to reminder her at the time of issuing the certificate. This time it was a nightmare! Receiving the kit took double the time, no communication from Erica - I had to remind her that she needed to grant me access to move on throughout the course. I did not receive any feedback, she left me on read for two weeks! I reminded her at the time of submitting my final assessment that I wanted my full legal name, she continued to leave me on read until letting me know she just sent me the certificate. The certificate did not reflect my legal name so I asked her if she could update it as I had requested it twice before she issued it and she told me no that I needed to let her know when she's doing it. How was I supposed to know when she was doing it when she ignored my messages for two weeks?! I reminded her twice - once before starting my course and once at the same time as submitting my final assessment... Her attitude is completely different from when I first started seeing her.. Beware of Luxury Lash Goddess and her "academy". Not ************ at all and no people skills. * ***** ***** **** ***** ********* *** **** **********
