They Were hired to do a job in Belleville. They over charged and we told them that we will pay for whatever sq foot they install. they only installed 2258 sq foot which i measured in front of him. we they agreed on rounding up to 2400 sq ft. i left them there and they called me and said they were done they were not left 1/4 of the job undone. tiles not installed, tiles not Stright, tiles installed sideways, tiles gap and level way off, grouting left uncompleted. they had me pay 22000 before the job was even done when the full job was less then 2400 sq ft.@ $7 per sqft which is 16800. plus hst is 18984 leaving 3016.00 over paid we supplied all the materials all they we to provide was the install. ***** ******* * **** **** ***** Bulging tiles out from the walls huge gaps on top. * **** *** ****** **** ******** **** ****** **** **** ***** **** ** ******* They need to pay back what they were over paid ( 3016 - Wedges and clips which was around 700. total which they have the receipts from the beginning of the job ) Finish the work ( grouting at the floor seem and all the little spots missed on the floor and walls. and fill in the huge gap at the top and sides of the tiles where the tiles is more then a 1/4 inch - 3/4 inch airgap on the left and right side of the hood to the front window wall. fix the Bulging tiles in the mixing room beside the door. and grout all the spots missed and clean all the spots of grout on the floor which are all over the top of the tiles. they promised to come back on friday aug 18 at the latest. but i have been calling them all week to get a solid appointment but they avoid all my calls and refuse to return messages. * *** ******* *** *** **** ** *** **** **** *** ***** *** ********* ** ***** *** *** ********* *** *** *** *** ****** **** *** ***** **** *** *** ******* *** *** ***** ** ****** *** * **** ** **** ** *** *********** **** * *** ***** ** ******* **** *** ******* ********** ** ************* **** * **** **** ** ******** ** ******
