On 11/21/22, I emailed this company $791 for snow removal services from November 21st, 2022 to April 30, 2023. They didn't show up after the first couple of snowfalls. I emailed them and got a response from Sheldon saying that they were cleaning another property with a similar address in error, and he apologized profusely. Even after that, they weren't showing up to clean the snow. Several emails and telephone messages were left with no response. This company does not answer their phones and would respond to emails at the beginning to get your money, but after they get your money they stop responding to your emails. I would like to get a full refund of my money as the services that were paid for have not been provided. Horrible customer service.Review from Van Anh D

Scam company. They took the money and ran away. I signed a snow removal contract with them but they did not come to do their job. I tried to call, text and send email but they did not answer. Do not use their service. They are scam.Review from Elvira G

I have been trying to reach them ahead of my upcoming landscape contract after depositing 30% of the contract amount but have not been able to reach them. Sheldon's number sounds permanently switched off and the office number looks like it's disconnected. Their email bounces and no one knows where they are when I physically visited their office. ************************** want my money back and I will be taking this to court if I don't get a response in the next 2 weeks.Review from Frank G

I hired this company to do my lawn. Gave them $1192.60 deposit... the agreed day came and passed but they never showed up. **********************************
Gave them other opportunities to show up and do the job but only excuses came. Finally I asked for refund but again they ***************************** money never refunded yet.
Another government agency investigating them.
