** *** decided to purchase running boards for *** new ***** pick up from (Truck Accessories Plus) it would take a week before the parts would arrive. He received a call telling him the parts where available for pickup. When arriving to pick up the an employee put the box into ** **** truck so ** *** did not inspect the box but returning home notice the box had damage to it where there was whole in it but unfortunately didn't think anything of it. After installing the drivers side running board ** proceeded to take the packaging of the passenger side running board only to find it was damaged with a large dent and 2 visibly large scratches on it. ** immediately call the place of purchase to explain what ** encountered only to be told "He must have damaged the parts and That's what you get for Not having it professional installed here" and then the employee ****** hung up on ** ***. ***** ** *** *** ********* *** ** **** ** ** * ***** *** **** ****** ******** *** *** * **** *** * ***** **** ****** ** *** ********** ** ****** ***** *** decided to give Truck Accessories Plus a second chance by calling them the next day to see if we could come to a resolution of this matter. When I called an employee Scott answered the phone and I asked to speak with the manager only to get a prompt reply of "NO" he's not available so I asked "When would he be available" he answered "What does this have to do with?"
