      I purchased an order for specific products with this company as a pre-order. Never received a second email no contact information. I sent an email reply to the company that I hadn't received anything and wanted to know when I would receive my order. I received an order today and it was completely different from what I ordered. *** ****** ****** ******* ***** ********* ** *********** No way to contact this company and they will not respond to my emails. I was sent a totally different order. And when I went back to look at the very first email again, the picture of what I ordered had changed. **** ******* ** ********** ******* ****** ****

      I am looking to cancel the order that was placed on the 22ed and paid for overnight ***** shipping. while making this purchase it is made out that there is still overnight shipping being offered. I had no real indication that they would have problems shipping the order overnight or the next day until I purchase the Item. I get a notice that I won't be shipped the next day possibly. It's the evening of the 26th at 10:30pm and it has not even been shipped yet. The reason that I paid the amount was so that the gift would be mailed out before Christmas. I tried confirm the order was on route through the website chat function, it tells me to leave an email and they would get back to me in a couple minutes. Immediately after I get a confirmation email telling me to call the local store for confirmation on Express ***** Deliveries. So I comply to get a automated message that tells me the hours of the store, (which is a hour away), and says have a nice day and hangs up. I have no option to cancel the order that clearly states Unfulfilled. I want a refund for all services not rendered. I thought that there would be no problem until I recived a email from this refund request. (funny that they wouldn't send me a email until I wanted a refund.) After receiving this email I got a please wait for the item to ship email. I dont understand after I said that I wanted the refund and they have not shipped the product yet why they are holding me in limbo. I was trying to save them the time work on other customers but instead they are probably going to ship it out and then tell me to ship it at my cost for a refund.

Upon looking into the details of #******, we see that this customer did in-fact place an order on December 22nd. As Christmas was nearing, our warehouse was closed on Dec 23rd-26th, and started processing orders thereafter when they resumed back to work. Orders placed with our express shipping option will be delivered using *****'s next day level of service. Please note that due to the events of Covid-19, ***** has suspended its guarantee of next day service. They will still attempt to deliver in that time, but refunds will not be issued if they cannot deliver within that period. Showcase processes and ships orders from our Toronto Warehouse weekly from Monday - Friday. Orders placed on weekends will be processed and/or shipped the following business day. We do not process or ship orders on the following holidays: New Years Day, Family Day, Good Friday, Victoria Day, Canada Day, Labour Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and Boxing Day. There was no indication/reason that the order would not be processed on the Thursday Dec 23ed or Friday Dec 24th. Their advertisements stated that there was still to be next business day shipping not that you were closed from the 23ed on. They did not convey in any sense that they would be closed for any reason. Leading me into a contract that, as per there own admission in there response to this complaint, they had no intention of upholding. The 23ed and the 24th are not statutory holidays. If I pay for a premium shipping rate stating next day shipping it should be processed the next business day! Just because the chosen shipper (******) was experiencing delays that does not give the company providing the product extra time to put in the shipping request with the shipper delaying it even further! So I requested it be cancelled multiple times for I was not getting the services I paid for well before you put in a ticket with ****** for it to be shipped. Dec 25, 2021, at 05:42 PM, I requested a refund and cancelation Sun, Dec 26, 2021, at 08:23 PM, Ignore the request, Tell me it's going to ship eventually. Dec 27, 2021, at 04:00 AM, Cancel the order that has not been shipped. I have started a BBB claim. I would like to end this on a positive note if possible. Monday, December 27, 2021, 6:01 AM Shipment information sent to ***** 2021-12-27 9:18 AM, Tell me it's on a truck Wednesday, December 29, 2021, 9:38 PM ****** MISSISSAUGA, ON Picked up Why wouldn't it be cancelled before the shipment date. There were people there to respond to my requests the day before the shipment ticket was sent and processed. This would not even be an issue if you did your due diligence and sent the shipment information by the end of the day on the 23ed.
