Princess Decor & "Floral" was hired 6 months in advance of a wedding to span 3 days with over 300 attendees. Any "experienced" decorator would have taken the 6 months we gave her to properly plan each event but Princess & her team squandered away precious time preoccupied by posting to social media about their upcoming move and making claims they failed to deliver as promised on our wedding event. About the only time she seemed to be proactive was when she needed money which we paid online and as requested. 1st day, she was late but finished satisfactorily. 2nd day, she slacked off while we were preoccupied with our guests and didn’t have time to babysit her...was late, rushed through setup and forgot to IRON the backdrop curtains!!!, left weak lighting for us to arrange (and add to with our own professional lighting), failed to finish backdrop as agreed contracted, left a tear in the stage top fabric flooring (trip hazard). On Wedding day, we agreed NO fake flowers yet she put ONLY fake flowers highlighted with dirty sand candle glass containers which we had to clean ourselves before the brides entry. Princess will make "promises" and claim to be "experienced" but is completely void of any design capabilities and any "experience" she claims is highly questionable. She is, however, very talented in sweet talking, ******* ** **** *** *****. Our error was advance payments...****** ***** *** *** after viewing her lack of creativity, inability to recognize failings of her set up (ironing drapes, tears in stage flooring, poor (****** ***** ****) presentations, etc.). She will *** *** falsely claim it was a “budget” issue even though we agreed to her quoted pricing.
