I'm looking to get money back for a service that was not fulfilled. I went in to have my hair dyed and it was not discussed with me that they couldn't do it. It faded within a day and worse over a weeks time. They did offer to redo it but it was the same result and within one wash it was faded. No refund has been offered, only thing offered was for me to use a product from their salon at my own cost. I paid $166 for hair colour that didn't take and instead of telling me what could happen and or what may not, they did my hair and took my money. I reached out after the second time and now I'm being told my ends were compromised but that's not what I was told before they did my hair and took my money. If a service isn't able to be done and or could be complicated, they as professionals should have discussed that with me but instead I was told. It should be fine. I'll have to pay out more money to have my hair fixed, more money on top of the $166 I already spent. I have faded but darker roots, then the mid section is light brass and very dull. Underneath is also darker. Looks like something I could have and should have just done with a box dye. It would have cost me $10 rather than $166. I'd like my money back so i can go somewhere else to have it fixed. I'm getting married soon and this is not the hair I want in my photos and I trusted the salon to do the job they should be able to do. Very disappointed.Business response
