APPLES LANDSCAPING was hired by a business next door to my property and they did their lot cleaning of snow during last winter. The lot they were supposed to maintain was ************** Rd, Brantford Ontario, which is the businesses of *********** and *********************. I attempted to address my concerns to the *********** and ********************** and they just evaded my whole attempt to contact the property owner, both *********** and ********************* would NOT give me the information of the owner and were not interested in hearing my complaint - unbelievable businesses they have turned out to be. Wow.. no care at all.

I live next door to ************** ROAD in BRANTFORD ONTARIO CANADA, and never had a problem such as this in the 20 years I have lived here, ever.

Last winter, this company did a HORRIBLE job plowing snow on the lot they were "hired" to maintain (************** Rd, Brantford). I noticed they ran out of 'spots' to place their snow, as there was excessive snowfall last winter and there was nowhere to plow the snow..... so, the plow driver for Apples Landscaping, the older guy (who appears to be the "boss" or "owner" of the business, was using the snowblower one day and blowing ROCKS and DIRT all over my house *and windows*! The old guy piled the snow against all the BUSHES and right on top of them too (!!!) and caused severe damage to the beautiful bushes this past summer, they never looked so bad ever due to that damage they did. I went out to express my concerns about "blowing their snow all over my property" and the older driver, who was causing the damages just told me off, *************************************************************** * causing me to back away so I didnt have to defend myself if at all possible, and to avoid conflict.

I have video surveillance of all of this as well I am saving for court when COVID settles down, as I will be taking this company as well as the OWNER of ************** Road to court for over $5000+ damages.

After complaining and talking to the driver of Apples Landscaping personally and directly, he actually then proceeded to have one of his tractor plow guy 'friends' of his help him! ************************, he asked him to HELP him pile more snow against my property ******************************* I also recorded all of this, their tactics and who did the damages, their plate numbers and also closeups of all the drivers who committed these damages for court purposes as I imagine they will continue ************* over this winter. I am expecting the same problems this year as it appears they are STILL working for this careless and carefree property owner this year.

I attempted several times to negotiate and have this resolved and for them to STOP doing these damages -- I even complained to the OWNER of the building at ************** Rd, and she contacted APPLES LANDSCAPING and somehow, they are **STILL** hired & working for the owner, and still snow plowing this year AGAIN. ***************************** perhaps she just doesnt care (the owner of the building, she didnt seem like she cared much about my problems or damages they did and just brushed it off hoping I would forget about it i suppose....)

The snow they plowed that caused damages was extremely high packed on purpose, and VERY CLOSE to the side of my house (on my property) and my basement was FILLING with water, causing damage to alot of property and also possible structural damages. I had to go out for several days, several hours & hours to shovel all the snow by hand, back on to their property!! My girlfriend also spent hours and hours, day after day, shoveling snow to save home damages, back on to their property.

They just come same or next day, and put it BACK onto my property.

Apples Landscaping plow drivers piled snow against my rear fence door, on purpose, so I could NOT open it to get my snowplow out. Then they made hills and mountains on the front sidewalk against my side of the front sidewalk. I couldnt get my snowplow out and had to REBUILD and put a whole new door frame up past summer as they damaged it so bad and it wouldnt work anymore. Theres still damages that I need to fix downstairs in my basement and also the fence still needs repairs due to their negligence.

The owner or boss, whoever he is, ********************** had no problem continuing to do his damages. I advised him I would be taking him to court and have him on video, and he didn't care in the least *************************************************************** *************************************************************** ******************************. I have video surveillance of all this evidence of course.

I told the drivers SEVERAL TIMES to get OFF my property, but they continued to walk all over my property, just in an attempt to create problems.

*** If it wasnt for the severity of dangers of "Covid" then these guys, including the owner of the business they work for would be in court right now. I have tons of video, showing them doing their damages, and will CONTINUE to record any further damages and add it to the total damages I will be seeking in court as soon as Covid slows down --- I HAVE NOT FORGOT and I will pursue this to the fullest extent of the law to get my damages paid to me in full.

I will be taking both the owner of the property and APPLES to court as I am within my time period still to bring this matter to court, and will save all further evidence, if any, that continues this winter and add to my damages total.

I will be monitoring my property 24/7 this winter again, as it appears the owner of ************** Rd Brantford Ontario still have the same "Apples Landscaping" again this year, so I am assuming they will again create the same problems they did last year without a doubt as they seem that type.
I will be monitoring and recording all damages, threats and improper snow plowing and intentional plowing of snow against my property.

Please note: I have lived next door for 20 years or more, and NEVER had any issues with any other company or drivers that plowed that lot -- they "always" were very professional, did a perfect job and had responsible, polite drivers that would never do what this company has done and problems they have created.

THERE ARE MANY OTHER COMPANIES out there that you can hire for your business, that will do a super job and not create problems around your business and neighborhood. This company is NOT one one them.

I understand sometimes a plow company might have "run out of room" to put their snow -- however, there was LOTS of room and areas all over that business to pile the snow, on their own property or OTHER side of the lot! TONS OF ROOM. They didnt want to 'cover' the front so people could see the business, and didnt want to pile it "high" around their side on on their property, so their solution was to dump it on MY property knowing darn well what they were doing and even CONTINUED to do it after me telling them, ********************************************. Hoping I would just overlook it.

Thats all they had to do, was REMOVE the snow they threw all over my property, and none of this would have happened. But the damage is done.

What do I think is the worse of it? To see on my video, that the older guy (appeared to be owner or boss) using a powerful snowblower and "deliberately" was blowing all the excess snow RIGHT against my house, windows and everything!!! I even have him on video "aiming" the snow, so it hit my windows..... to make sure it all went on my property against my house and all over my air conditioner etc.. which doenst work properly now also as a result and will be added to the total damages for replacement.

I assume the point of all of this, to continue acting so childish, obviously, was an attempt to get me to come out and perhaps start a fight or whatever they were attempting to achieve. But thats all they actually did, was give me excellent "evidence" which will be used in court against them soon as they will all soon experience.
