    The owner provided a service and charged a certain amount. The owner did not advise that the service provided allegedly cost much more than the quote that was provided. When I requested additional information to better understand the pricing, the owner got very angry and advised I was a difficult client and that she did not want my business and blocked me on Social Media (which is how we communicated). I have snapshots of the conversation demonstrating that the business owner did not act in a professional manner, does not provide after service care and is not fair or just in terms of pricing. The owner does NOT practice COVID rules in her home business (no mask, no disinfecting, etc.). The owner also asks that you pay "cash only" ************************************. In my opinion, this is not an above-board business ***************************.

    I'm sorry about having to fire you as a client! This is the first time I have ever had to do this and it's very unfortunate! I understand this is your way of getting back at me for letting you go! I also have screenshots of the entire conversation ***********************************************! I also invite any current or potential clients to message myself or any of my Bombshell clients for references regarding my pricing and work! I never gave you a quote and charged you differently! If that was how I ran my business... I would have been out of business years ago! You asked to fill only your sides. I quoted you for the sides and only charged you the price you were quoted. I pride myself in my work and because I'm a perfectionist only doing the sides didn't look right, so I added more hair Free of charge! I did not charge you for the extra hair nor did I expect you to pay more then what I quoted, I have the receipt as-well. My Clients are a walking advertisement and I didn't want you to leave with hair that wasn't perfect and I never make anyone pay more then their quote. You are making it out like I am a dishonest business. You were very happy and "quote" "These are the Best extensions I have ever had, and that's a big deal because I am hard to please" you also said you were obsessed and will be recommending me to Everyone! I have screenshots proving this as-well ! Two weeks later you contacted me for after service which you are claiming I don't provide! You argued with me over my pricing! I was very professional with you, and you just continued challenging my prices...which are very fair and reasonable! You then compared what you paid to another what another client paid! Every clients pricing varies on hair length, texture, and the amount of hair required! So no client pays the same price unless they have the same length texture etc! Once again you were being insulting. I am a fully licensed legal business, and take all forms of payment. ********************************** ...I also have bank statements proving my income going into my business account! you chose to pay cash! I have the receipt to prove that as-well! I also pay my taxes. You are saying anything and everything you can possibly say to try and ruin my business. This is libel ***********! My client list and reviews speak for themselves! It's interesting that the person I decided not to book again is my only bad review. You sat in my chair one time and you know everything about me and my business...Impressive! I follow all procedures of running a legit business and follow all Covid protocol! Were you in my studio before and after your appointment to say I don't disinfect? My salon and tools are immaculately cleaned and disinfected, ask Any if my clients! The entire appointment all you did was bash every former stylist you had been to. Red flag #1...there's more, but I'll leave it at that! I told you very nicely that you were being difficult and that I don't deal with difficult clients so I will not be booking you again! I was not angry as you stated...I was insulted that you are an expert at what my pricing should be! I was very professional and I went out of my way to provide an amazing service and you have just been posting false information ******** all over social media. I did block you, I have a business to run! I don't have time to deal with you challenging me. I have emailed BBB confirmation pictures of the receipt, photos with masks being worn with my clients while doing their hair, and the text messages between us for public awareness. You are welcome to contact BBB to confirm this.
    I'm sure you will find a new stylist if you haven't burned all you bridges yet! Best of Luck to you!

    I am NOT interested in going back and forth on this, I simply posted my review for public awareness. As a customer, I am entitled to do so. It is very easy to take photos of clients after the fact wearing masks, etc. etc., or to fabricate a receipt for that matter. We both know you didn't provide me with a receipt as you requested CASH. I do have screenshots where you request cash ************************************ and also have the entire unedited conversation between us as well. Not once did I state that the service you provided was unacceptable. What is unacceptable is trying to get more money for a maintenance appointment vs the install and purchase of hair. Your ************** response goes to show what type of "business owner" you are and the lack of tact and diplomacy you have. You started off by saying you didn't provide me a quote only to continue to say that you did. That's neither here nor there, my review is posted and I'm entitled to my opinion. *************************************************************** *************************************************************** **************************

    This will be my final response to this Fake review! Fist of all the conversation is screenshot and time stamped so there's no editing! I encourage anyone ************************ to contact me for pics of the Entire Conversation or contact BBB for the copies! I also invite anyone to message any of my clients for any concerns on how I run my business! I never tried to charge you an unfair price for maintenance. And whom are you to know what pricing should be for my services? You told me you were paying triple my price to your last stylist while were bashing her when I did your hair! I encourage you to re-read the conversation because you clearly don't understand it! I can send you a copy if needed! Or try to explain it more simple for you to understand. I did provide you with a receipt I can send you my copy incase you threw yours out! I have been in business for 16 years! If ripping people off and not paying my taxes was my style, i wouldn't have a successful business and I would not be where I am Today with hundreds of happy returning clients, a huge ********* following and 5 star reviews all over the internet! Like I said you're mad cause I fired you! I'm sorry but this fake review won't affect my business! But bravo for trying! I' have also been in contact with other beauty service providers whom have had similar experiences with you! I'm sorry you have to live your life this way to try and save a few bucks! ************************************************ Good Luck!
