we hired ***** ******* *** *** ************ to install a heating system in our house. Our house was originally baseboard heat so we required ducting and new furnace and ac unit. But unknown to us ***** ******* *** *** ************ is owned by Toshack heating and cooling. So to our surprise Toshack showed and installed the full system . After the install was completed we found out that ***** /Toshack actually compromised the point load wall of our house when they put the ducting through the block wall. We were told by the owner that they would repair the damage only if we would write a letter stating that we would not talk or post about the damage they did to my house. Since we refused the owner is refusing to do the extensive repair that has to be done. They did all this work without permits .My advice to all is stay away from both ***** and Toshack as any damage they may do you will be responsible for unless you sign your rights awayReview from Jana T.

Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life! First they gave me a quote and after the work was half-***** finished the price was double the quote. Had I not questioned it they would have also had me pay 300.00 for their trainee! Yes, it was actually noted on the invoice! This company has a lot of gaul claiming to care about their customers. The house I purchased in Brockville was previously owned by the owner of Toshack and you would never know it, given the poor plumbing and heating condition the house was in. They even poured concrete around the sewer pipe which caused it to crack and seep raw sewage back into the basement. This was a huge, expensive job to repair with a different company! Who knows what other problems I have yet to encounter. Shame on you Toshack!
