      Do not buy from these people. 1. They lied about the shipping date. I checked with the carrier and found accurate information contrary to what pocket bike Canada told me.2. They promised a Bill of Sale and an **** form once the bike arrived. They then informed me that there was a charge for the ***** and they don't issue Bills of Sale. They said the invoice was all I needed. This is incorrect in every province that I'm aware of. The representative I called told me I'd have to pay $53 for an ***** which would take another 5 to 6 business days, and still no Bill of Sale. He then yelled, telling me I'm "one of those difficult customers," and hung up on me. I phoned again, and he waived his "fee'" for the ***** I never did get a proper bill of sale. Still, my local registry made a rare exception because the **** was signed by one of their representatives, and I provided a signed statement recognizing the transaction. Pocket Bike Canada is a disgrace to a business and needs to be made aware of the difference between a Bill of Sale and an invoice.The Dirt Bike I purchased was damaged with parts missing. I did mention it but didn't pursue any action after the week-long fight I had regarding registration paperwork. The Bike is decent, but only buy it if you are at least immediately skilled at mechanics. The carburetor is garbage, sealed, so you can't jet it for elevation. Ran terrible. You have to replace it with a quality carburetor. Numerous nuts and bolts are missing; you need to tighten everything and lots of blue Loctite.

Freight shipments do not move on weekends, so the order did not ship until the following week.5. The order was placed on a Day and **** Truck on Monday, June 5.6. On Tuesday, June 6, the customer complained that the tracking number was not working and accused the company of lying about shipping their order.7. Later on June 6, the skid was scanned in ********** **, and the shipment was marked as shipped on the Day and **** website.8. The order was delivered to the customer in ******* on June 8.9. The customer was unpleasant with the staff and believed the company was being dishonest about shipping their order.10. All bikes sold by the company require assembly and a full PDI inspection.11. The company has no record of the customer contacting them about any warranty issues.12. Damages would be covered, and replacement parts would be sent free of charge.13. The company uses a standard **** dealer and Importer package for paperwork, which includes the invoice with VIN and importer information.14. The **** paperwork can only be completed after purchase to verify the VIN.15. The company charges a small fee for completing the **** paperwork.16. The customer contacted the company about registering the bike and demanded a bill of sale.17. The company waived the paperwork fee and sent the **** package free of charge.18. The customer made threats of contacting the ********************, the ministry, and their lawyers.19. The company faced difficulties with the customer throughout the entire order process.

      Well, since their reply, they haven't contacted me, obviously. I have nothing to gain by complaining about this business other than warning others about my less-than-ideal experience with them. There is a reason their ****** Reviews score is 2.3 out of 5 (You have to leave 1 star to comment, so that's closer to 1.3 out of 5). They are rude and dishonest and do not offer a quality product or fair experience for the customer.Warranty? I told them the front rim was bent in the first email I sent them once the bike arrived. They ignored it. Other issues I've had with the bike, missing bolts and hardware, I've just taken on myself as I realized they are not likely to do anything as just trying to get the paperwork I need was so arduous. As for their shipping story, not much accurate here either. All I know is what they told me did not line up with what the carrier's representative told me. They'd probably have known if they'd called the carrier to ask what exactly the status was. I caught them lying, and they doubled down and insisted their story is true. That doesn't fly in my world. Not much is true in their reply, except they do charge a fee for their "licensing package." As I said, the "package" they sent me had errors, and there was no Bill of Sale. Any "licensing fee" I've ever paid included doing the registration for the customer, not merely supplying documents. Otherwise, I've never paid a fee for a new vehicle form or a bill of sale. Representatives from the *** said they've never heard of it in over 25 years.As a footnote, I bought a similar bike from a competitor, and it was a great transaction and experience. **** was received on time, as promised. Great communication and I had all the required paperwork the day the bike arrived, Just like that.

      Second time I've ordered from this company, same runaround as last time. No communication and despite the email I have from the company saying my item has been shipped (3-5 days shipping) which has now been two weeks, I'd say they are full of white and lacking the honesty to tell me it's sitting on a shelf in their warehouse again. Decided to go through them instead of Amazon paying almost double for the parts through pocketbike because it was a time sensitive order. Very poor business ethic and honestly I don't even want to call this company like I did last time because they are so off the ball that I will get no where with them and they will eventually walk away with my 300$ and two months down the road I will finally get the parts I could have ordered six times over and recieved from other companies. The biggest scam out there even if you do eventually get your things, these people are dishonest and if they tell you it's the shipping agency their lying because shipping agencies don't even s**** up this bad. My five year old daughter has better business ethics coming out of her little five year old brain. Stop being lazy and either give me my money back or send my actual items with a tracking number or help me god I will bankrupt the business and buy it out to burn it to the ground... Can't play people under the name Canada's #1 for blah blah blah and parts if you don't have anything to show for it. Good **** scam artists. Update your website as well not to advertise false information. Website said two day shipping, email said 5 day shipping and now it's been 16 days.... Weasels

      Ordered an engine from pocket bike Canada, spoke with them prior to purchase. when the item finally arrived it was the wrong part. After telling me this is a premium version and should be happy to get it at the same price. motor missing chain cover and shifter, starter chain broke first day. I call them and they said they would deal with it, after a long time not hearing I started an email chain. they agreed to remedy the situation in writing and proceed to do nothing once again.we are now several months in to this ordeal with no solution acted upon. I would avoid this company at all cost.

      Correct, the engine shipped was actually a better engine with the ** N, and R options, with the same bolt pattern. The customer agreed to keep the engine. We have refunded the customer the amount he requested to remedy his situation. Please note: Engines are only covered under a limited warranty as they can easily be installed incorrectly and damaged by improper maintenance. Any warranty claims made after a purchase of an engine must be thoroughly investigated to determine the issue, cause, and satisfactory solution.

      One of the worst company's i got from, they don't even answer they're customers, there response was it is what it is. ordered a yellow body kit for a 200cc atv didn't have the right color so they didn't send anything out waited a week just for them to tell me they didn't send it out they don't have the color so i asked them to send me a red one instead they marked it as shipped but when i contacted them ***** told me its not shipped yet an i still haven't got a refund, do not waste your time on this company they're not professorial at all
