We have used Shelley Bertram for several years for our travel insurance. My husband has numerous health issues and Shelley has always been extremely helpful to ensure that we feel comfortable traveling. An error at the contractual development stage could prove to be a disaster at the point of a claim.Our claim experience and we have had a few. Nobody expects to have a "claim" but it happens. A slip & a fall, a broken shoulder. As one gets older, our bodies change therefore, we may suddenly need Medical assistance.
