In 2020 in gave key Auto 3000.00 for a ******* 2016. After moving to q small town I decided I didn't need a vehicle. I have called Key Auto so many times. Each time a representative told me I would receive a call to resolve this issue. No one has ever called. I would like my 3000.00 dollars back minus their expenses.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/02/09) */ Ms ***** purchased a 2016 ******* ****** back in Sept 2020 and contractually agreed to pay a $6000 down payment. Ms ***** paid half of the amount ($3000) and months after signing the legal binding contracts, providing insurance keeping the vehicle stored here she chose to cancel her agreement. We agreed to cancelling her agreement and did so on her behalf with the bank she was financing the vehicle through. However the $3000 was not refundable. We did offer to apply the down payment to another vehicle if she chooses to do so (which we are not at all required to do). We have provided excellent customer service to the customer. To request a refund over a year later after being explained several times that it is not refundable is not reasonable. We will however honor the offer to transfer the $3000 to another vehicle if she would like to purchase one.
