I underwent an eyelash extension application here and it resulted in eye health issues. My eyes became swollen , itchy , and extremely red and I could hardly open them. My eyes were burning. The person who did the application did not have professional experience as too much glue was applied and it was applied directly to my lash line resulting in an infection. I then had to go to the doctor, I spent time and money going to the doctor . I had to get my eyelashes removed and had to go back to the company to get them removed , this process involves keeping my eyes closed for more than 40 min and my eyes were burning from the fumes of the dissolving glue. My eyes were burning from removal of the lashes for over 40 mins. After this procedure glue was still on my eyes and resulted in itchy eyes for over two weeks. This whole experience resulted in burning pain , blurry eye vision , red eyes, and extremely unprofessional service. I had to email this company numerous times where no one resolved my issue. I wanted a refund and compensation for my time and gas money to go back to the location to remove the eyelashes as well as to the doctors office and prescription eye drops i acquired. They simply said I could use one of their services instead and they would credit me that way by another service, but no refund at all. I do not wish to use their services at all and only want a refund. I find they are not exercising their duty of care when applying eyelashes and on top of this have taken weeks to resolve a health complaint and refused to compensate me for all the pain and suffering I went through. When looking at ****** reviews this is not the first time they have incorrectly applied eyelash extensions that resulted in pain. This place should not be doing eye lash extensions as it resulted in eye health issues.
