Took in a brand new pair of faux leather pants to be hemmed. After explaining to the seamstress ******* **** *** ** * **** ********* I have one leg slightly shorter than the other, and this has to be taken into consideration when hemming the length. When I tried the jeans, it was very obvious that this not taken into consideration, the hems were totally uneven, when I pointed this out to her, she became very defensive and offensive, she ****** ** ** **** telling me I wanted it shorter. Clearly a misunderstanding, but would not admit to making a mistake that was very obvious.**** ** *** ***** ** **** ***** **** ******. * **** ***** *** ** ****** **** ******* **** ****** ****** ****** ****** * *********

On May 7th 2022 gave 2 jackets for dry cleaning to fresh them up for next season. Both winter jackets are brand new ( we purchased on Dec/Jan 2022). In 2 weeks, they call to pick it up. The jackets were wrapped up in a cleaning bags, BUT they were NOT cleaned! They said they will send it again to clean it. On June 14th 2022, came to pick up them again as they called. One of the jackets has a sever discoloration on the underarms area. Ask the stuff why you giving it to the client like that ? Answer was " it is not us, we send it off. We are not responsible. Its the cleaners!" I left the jacket at the location and requested manager to contact me. ***I paid 200$ for cleaning 2 jackets to hear you are not responsible ?** Next day, I had to call the Manager ( Elham ) at the location. She was ***** ************* *** helpless towards the client who received a damaged item from the cleaning. Her offer was " Take money and you can clean it somewhere else. Nothing i can do!" Contacted the "Stitch It Corporation". The corporation never call me, only uses emails. Since June 14th 2022, the jacket is in RE-CLEANING based on what the Corporation Representative ( Mitra) says. Now they say it is in special cleaning. Why wasn't it done before, or nonprofessionals do the cleaning? -My jacket is ruined as discolorations. -Never received a direct call from any of the representatives. -Based on the Dry Clean Policy - money for damaged item must be provided as well as refund for the "cleaning''. -They constantly ignoring my emails, or replying its still in cleaning. No time is provided. Basically, the "Stitch It" ********** **** location and the Corporation is trying to avoid consciousness for damaging my brand new jacket. Today, Aug 11th 2022. Still no info nor solution is provided. My coat is in unknown condition at a cleaning place with no specific return date.
