We contracted jitterbit/ebridge as our API integration company with our online retail (through ***********) and *********** to connect with our ********** System. We signed a contract based on having invoices generate. Since the onset of doing business with this company - our invoices have NEVER generated correctly as per the contract. Further, when asked to have the job completed as PER THE CONTRACT, we were advised that there would be additional charges for extra custom work. That was never discussed in the contract. All we want is for our invoices to generate as per our original discussion. As of October 2023, our invoices have gone completely ignored. UNTIL the company realized that you forgot to charge us for a year of service. ONLY NOW IS IT IMPORTANT TO CONTACT US. I refuse to continue paying for a service that has never been working properly and customer service who refuses to solve any problems. ** ** ** ****** **** **** * * ***** ** ****** * * ***** **** **** * ** * ****** All I want is for them to acknowledge that the service was never completed as agreed upon and FIX THE ISSUE.
