CANADIAN HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING PUT IN A HOT WATER TANK THAT WAS NOT EXACTLY WHAT WE HAD AND WANTED AND WHILE PLACING IT IN DAMAGED IT BY DENTING IT AND PLACING HOLES IN IT AT THE VERY BOTTOM. THEY MADE AFTER *6MONTHS OF CALLING WE FINALLY GOT IN CONTACT BUT IT TOOK 7 MONTHS FOR OWNER HUNN TO COME TO THE HOUSE AND INSPECT IT HE SAID HE WOULD PUT IN A NEW ONE NEVER SHOWED UP WILL NOT RETURN PHONE CALL LIOYD W. GAVE US HIS OWN PERSONAL PHONE NUMBER THAT DID NOT WORK AND WAS WRONG. WE PAID IN FULL BEFORE THE INST.Initial Complaint

On the 24th of July, 2019, we paid $7,750.67 to Canadian Heating and Air for a new air conditioning system in our house on ****** ******. There were problems from the beginning as the first units they brought were the wrong size, this they discovered after removing the old ones. When the proper units finally arrived, there was an issue with the power to the fuse box at my home. These units are ductless, and after the installation, the main unit did not work properly.. This company had serviced my old system, and I was led to believe they were qualified. The drain lines on both sides of my house pulled away from the wall, (poorly installed), and the units inside both leaked profusely, ruining a living room wall and a bedroom wall. The company begrudgingly fixed the east drain line but the leak is back again this summer and the unit fails to blow cold air. When I called them about the west side drain banging against the wall in the wind last summer they told me they would no longer deal with me. This after we had shown great patience during the badly organized installation. After my last call, they said they couldn't find anyone to work on these units. I told the representative that I had used their business in good faith, but my air conditioners do not work and are in fact causing damage inside my home. I was told upon purchase that this was all covered for 6 years, but now they say I am out of luck. *** **** ** *** ************ ** *** ******* ** ****** ****** ****** *** these products have never worked efficiently since their installation. I feel some restitution must be made by this company Sincerely, ******* *****
