November 9, 2021 - Ordered Photos, Order Number: ******, Order Status: Approved, Cost: $28.25 December 4, 2021 - Contacts company via website "contact us" page. Informs them that I have not received the phones and would either like them or a refund. December 6, 2021 - Company responds to message and informs me that the order arrived to the school that Friday and should be expected to be handed to the students that week. December 14, 2021 - Daughter confirms with school that the order was not received by the school. December 14, 2021 - I emailed the company requesting a refund.Business response

As we deliver portrait packages through the school to avoid shipping costs for parents, we do find that there are occasional miscommunications and an order may be misplaced, especially around the holiday season and due to increased COVID-19 safety measures. We are happy to reprint your package and have it sent directly to your house to reduce the chance of errors. I have requested a remake from our production team and the package will be mailed directly to you. Please let us know if we can do anything else to help. The response is acceptable, the main issue hasn't been amicable responses; but, the follow thru. I will once again wait and see.
