Justin (Beaudry Roofing) failed his customer relations basic test with us. He did our roof 3 years ago. Good marketing skills, he knows how to talk to a potential customer. No issues during the work itself, His customer service skills though turned out to be shocking when the work is over, payment is received, and the former customer calls to fix something under warranty. On May 21, 2023 we asked Justin to come and check our roof after the windstrom almost blew off an eavestrough piece he nailed to his shingles on our flat roof. The piece was sticking out. All I wanted was for Justin to nailed it back and also to check if anything else there needed fixing. After all, we got 10 year warranty from Beaudry Roofing on workmanship, and that was a clear legit case for our call. I thought it would be a no-brainer. But how mistaken I was! When I called Justin, firstly, he denied that he even did our flat roof, and then he told me the issue was with eavestrough installation, not with his work. When I reminded him that he did all of our roof (upper, flat, all), he still claimed he didn’t ***** ******* *** ***** *** ******** ****** ************** I then simply asked him to come over and see it by himself that he did in fact all of our roof and to see the issuei in question. He refused, he would charge me if he does come though, he said. And all of it he said in aggressive disrespectful manner which I never saw coming from any contractor in my life. He hanged up on me (that’s a customer service?!) but called back in 5 minutes apologizing and saying he would come to see the issue in 3 days, on May 24th. Today is May 29th, and Justin is still nowhere to be seen. I am fed up with this kind of business practices, * **** **** ** ******* *** ******* ** ********** *** **** ********** *** ***** ** *** ******* ********* ******* ******** ******** * ***** ********* **** ** ******** To me, any business as good as your customer service after the job done, years after the job done.

We did not do your flat roof or nail any metal on the flat roof. the work as described in the invoice is for the shingled part of the house! your fabricating work that we never did as we do not do flat roofs!

Again , Boodry Roofing did all our house's roof including our porch's roof where the issue was (in the part connecting the porch roof to an eavestrough. The porch"s roof is part of the house roof,not flat We needed to replace the whole house's roof, and Justin did just that (including over our porch). We have pictures before and after the roof replacement. So to read his denial is ridiculous. Besides, Justin still didn't come to see it by himself as part of the warranty despite his promise to do it. Once again, if it is not a bad customer service, I don't know what it is. If your customer let you know about the issue, any reasonable contract at least would come and see the issue if in doubt of the customer's clam.
