    *********************************************** I bought 4 boxes of protein bars. All 4 were out of date when I received them. I tried calling the customer service line multiple times over several days and it just rings endlessly. There is not even an answering machine. I tried emailing them several times to request bars that were not expired or a refund but received no response. It shows a lot about a company that will *********** for a few dollars. ******* Supplements has much better customer service and actually responds to inquiries or issues. *********** is also another great option that seems to actually care about their clients.

    Unfortunately, as you used two different email addresses for the reviews and did not respond to our previous request to provide the order details we had difficulty tracing the order until B.B.B. let us have your postcode. Firstly, apologies for not being able to get through on the phone. We have had an issue with the phone line interfering with the internet. Virtually all customer communications are by email or through the chat line and we reply to every one, usually within 30 minutes. We can find no trace of any messages from any of the three email addresses you have used. We have now located your order from the postcode provided by BBB and can confirm that the bars had an expiry date of 1st August 2022. They are made in the U.K. and the date format there is day, month, year and was written 01.08.22. However, of course we totally appreciate this is an understandable query from you and we would have been pleased to clarify this earlier had you responded to our request to contact us with your order details. Regardless of the reason, we always regret any inconvenience or disappointment caused to our customers and please feel free to contact us by emailing *****@********************.ca to discuss this matter further if you wish.

    I do not use 2 separate email addresses. In fact I emailed you 2 times to advise the bars had expired. No response from your office. There was no ability to leave a message as the "customer support number" had no answering machine. I called almost a dozen times over several days. You are clearly lying about the date of expiry. The label says Best Before 22 JA 08. Anyone can tell this means January 8, 2022. I does not say 01.08.22. Where are you getting this from? Obviously making it up as I sent sent a picture. *************************************************************** *************. I am worried you will do this to other clients. At this point I have zero interest in a refund as I would never do business again ****************************************************. You allege in the comment above you contacted me for details??? That is completely false. I called and emailed the day I received all the bars. I never heard from your office. You did ask me to rate my purchase to which I sent photo's of the expired bars and said I would never shop with you again...was that what you meant?
