I was a memeber at the gym. My membership was arbritaily cancelled. I paid for a full membership in advance. The gym manager Carolina P. refused to return my refund for the months that my membership was revoked. I am requesting help to have my money returned.Initial Complaint

I signed up for Crunch but I changed my mind a week after because I signed up with another gym that was closer to home. I called ************** and was then directed to call ************ and was then directed to email **************@************.com to request cancellation. I sent that email on November 24, 2021 and have yet to receive a reply and Crunch continues to charge me including an annual fee. I would like to speak to someone by the end of the day and a need a refund now.Business response

Please just pay attention. I submitted my request in November and you still took a payment out in December, January AND February. TAKE THE TIME TO LOOK AT THE SCREENSHOT I HAVE ALREADY PROVIDED! I have received the refund for $78.92. There is a difference owing of $23.61. Please just give me the remaining balance so I never have to deal with your ******************* company ever again. As per our previous response, the cancellation was requested on NOV 24, 2022. Cancellations require 30 days notice. The payment on Dec 14 for $11.24 fell within these 30 days and will not be refunded. All other payments that were withdrawn outside of the 30 days notice have been refunded for a total of $78.92. I canceled my membership with crunch fitness about one and a half month ago and somehow they still have my banking information and they charged me for the membership and I can't even contact them because of the restrictionsBusiness response

The final payment due would be for Jan 6, 2022 regardless of the temp closure. There are no further payments due or applicable refunds. The final payment was made and the cancellation processed. Crunch Fitness has been taking money from my account during the covid shut down. I have attempted to stop the payments by calling them, emailing them, and finally I went to my bank (**) and had the bank stop payments. They have taken money from my account under ****** ********** and then they used ******-**** **********. They had taken a 56.44 payment from me during a time the facility was closed and again took money from my account 2 other times after that. At this point I have called repeatedly to try to resolve this, I have even been to the gym and spoke with the manager. She agreed to assist me but then never responded to emails after I left. I have all my bank info and the info the manager gave me the day I was there. I have also copies of all emails I have sent to try to communicate with them! They closed the gym 05/13/2021 that is when they took 56.44, they then took an 2 additional payments of 24.80 from my account follow that. I just want to recoup my monies lost.
