I obtained insurance from Gore Mutual in September.2023. I had paid September and October for my insurance. Because of financial reasons I had to cancel my policy mid October as I sold my car. Now I receive a document from gore Mutual stating they will be charging me again for November and $66 in Decemeber for services I am not using as I don't have a car anymore. Any other insurance I have used and canceled would give me a credit for the half month I am not using not this company they are trying to charge me for a month and a half of service I am NOT using and cannot afford to pay since selling my car. I issued proof as they wanted that I sold my car I receives a document stating I wouldn't be charged anything else as of the date I signed the document which was in October. I would like my bill adjusted so no other payments will come out as I am not using the service since I don't own a car anymore.Business response
