******** ******** ******** tried taking unauthorized payments 3 months after my cancellation. Tried to charge me NSF fee and threaten to take me to collections. Will not speak to you over the phone. Have to communicate through a broker. After one week of waiting on a broker. I get a phone call that there was an error and i owe zero dollars. After disclosing my ****, Gore failed to provide any consistency in quality customer service. They attempted to decline all reasonable requests for compensation, and after several attempts to speak with another representative due to disrespectful treatment, the Operations Manager advised that “it was not his job to work with me, or to make me trust him, simply to communicate my options.” Which were to settle, hire a lawyer or withdraw my claim. Guess it’s time for a lawyer!Review from Colin D

After 35 years of never filing a claim I filed for a small dent on my door. After a long lecture from the agent about what wasn't available to me in my policy I went ahead with a claim. After two weeks I heard nothing and took my own photos and submitted them. Again I heard nothing and went to the repair service who again took photos. He submitted them to the company and after another two weeks of emails and phone calls that were never returned I decided to cancel the claim. **** ******* ** * ****. I was completely ignored as a customer but they were happy to take my money, raise the rate and give me nothing for a covid rebate. You get what you pay for. With Gore Mutaul a lower rate equals ZERO service.
