On June 18th CFJ completed an asphalt driveway. The bill came to $4520. They said stay off driveway for 5 days. We stayed off for 7 days just to be sure. On day eight we parked in the driveway and tiremarks appeared right away. CFJ came out and said that it was a bad job and we'll be put on the repair list. They said they would repair it in the fall. They didn't. In the spring I called repeatedly and once they set up a time for repair but they didn't show up. I left my last message with them on June 6th and haven't heard from them.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 8, 2022/06/29) */ Good afternoon ***, We understand that this process has been a frustrating one, primarily because you have been waiting for quite some time for the repairs to be completed. Unfortunately, we were unable to make it there in the fall of last year and when we had scheduled the repairs back in May, the crew also did not make it. Tire marks are something that are not covered by warranty, however from your initial phone call, the owner agreed to do these repairs for you at no charge. We are currently in the busiest time of the year with a high volume of customer requests. We assure you that we will come and fix those tire marks for you, as previously stated. We are planning another round of repairs soon and we will be sure to contact you.
