Bought a 2020 Jeep Wrangler on May 31 from Carloft in ************** Carloft.ca sold it as Safety checked and arranged the license etc. After I picked it up I was at the local Jeep dealer to buy a Jeep user manual. The tech at the Jeep dealer came out to see the Jeep and told me it should never have been safety checked. The front tires were down to the wear bars and the rear brakes were not working. Carloft.ca sold me a vehicle that was unsafe to drive and assured me it had passed the safety check. I left the Jeep at the Jeep dealer as it was unsafe and traded it in on a new Jeep. When confronted the next day the Careloft staff refused to take any action and wanted me to bring in the Jeep for their investigation. Since it was unsafe to drive and I had traded it I could not comply. So I would not recommend buying anything at this place and if you do have it inspected somewhere else before paying.

Dealt with ***************************** hadn't even seen the car and it was exactly as he described. You took half a day and found myself and my daughter a car and financing that we wouldn't have been able to find ourselves. Much appreciated, ****. He's a good man.

I recently bought a 2023 ****** Kicks from Carloft in Cornwall, and I have been very pleased with my purchase. I could not have received better service from ***** and *****. They were knowledgeable, helpful and polite. I have been singing their praises to my friends since they have often related less than positive experiences at other dealerships.

Trade my pick up for a car 2018 ****** from carloft in carnwall.Went on road trip car broke down .Well you get find out what kind of poeple they are stuck on side road for 4 hours freezing cold asking what to do having 2 warrenty on the car and who to contact .Well ** covered the towing ,****** ******* warranty only allowed 37 km it took two hours to bring it ** dealler .Carloft in carnwall told me not worry everything would be covered .Stayed at motel for 2 nights untill ** dealler looked at it and had to pay invoice and couldn't fix it they were short staff so temporarily fix the probleme so get home .Got home called carloft and guess what your probleme not us .So called distict manager took a weak for him to deal whit my concern whit the car .Finally goes to a garage of there choice being told yap a problem but don't no what it his that created it also no heat in the car .Now no one paying for all my expenses and i have car that has no heat that i aftoo drive because part back order you would think that they would provide a car that has heat .Especially its -30 outside and the district manager never called to see if we were satisfied .So any one being conviced to get ****** ******* warranty be careful it doesn't cover a lot things.Carloft are selling extanted insurance not telling what his involved and what they pay .So be carfull when you get it a lot garage dont whant to deal whit that insurance .Now i have car that has issues two month i have it not nowing if i can travel whit it or will be on side of road again .

My son *** ******* **** ****** ** **** bought vehicles from Carloft in Cornwall ON and within a year of purchase the motor was defective. We paid for a transfer of extended warranty from ******** and it cost $2000.00 plus tax. ******** denied the warranty by saying it was lack of maintenance. But I asked Carloft to at least give my son the extended warranty in refund as no one charges that much to transfer a warranty. Of course they refused.Now my son is left with 5 years of payments, no truck and a overpriced extended warranty that he can’t use. ** ******* ******* *** my son’s vehicle were both 2018 models. *** ****** * ****** ********** *** my son a **** *** diesel truck.
