Purchased a new furnace from this company and it’s only a year old this month. Woke up December 24th to 63 degrees in the house. Put a call in to the on call person between 8 and 830 that morning. Have not received a call back at all. Called 2 more times that same day mailbox was full. The following week my husband called to put in a complaint no response. I have called a couple more times still no response from this company. We ended up getting another company for service and found out the filter that was put in when furnace was installed only a year ago was the wrong one and it was sucked up into the furnace. I have sent an email to this company to see if I get a response that way. I just want them to own up to there mistake and to call back not a good business or customer service and we will not be dealing with them again as a result of this.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: I received a phone call from ****** but nothing has been resolved. Told him my side of story and he said he was getting two different stories. I don’t see how that is possible but he told me he was going to contact the serviceman that came to fix the furnace and said he would get back to me. Haven’t heard anything since.
