hi, I bought few pairs of same style pairs of shoes at $109 (after 40% discount) online. Later the company said some items I ordered were out of order. then I was like fine. it happened in many stores. But after few weeks later, the company's website still have the sizes I had ordered and I successfully added the missing items into cart. I was like, why this company did not sell to me. Then I realized that those items were charge at $119 now. I tried to talk to the company that i felt I was cheated because it might have set a wrong price when I purchased the items and now the company wanted to sell them at higher price. Also, the company didn't ask me to exchange other closer size with the original price I bought ($109) but just wanted to stop talking to me. I am happy to exchange other size with the original price ($109) if the company "truly" runs out of stock: **quote** ****, I am telling you that those sizes were not available. If you saw that they were available it was due to a system error. Why would we resell the products we cancelled your order for and not give you the chance to purchase them before putting them online (Which we do for everyone else for that matter). Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/04) */ Hello, sorry for any inconvenience with this transaction. The monies for the unavailable product was promptly refunded and the product taken off line. The product in question had been turned back on due to inventory issues with our host e-commerce provider. As the customer explained seeing the inventory a few weeks later. We Promptly corrected the issue and no units were sold. We appreciate the customer bringing this matter to our attention. An in-depth explanation was provided as described in the complaint by the customer. If the product was available we would have honored the original price due to the customers first order cancellations. This is common practice for my company. Again, sorry for any inconveniences caused by this transaction.
