      Was sent a threatening email stating account was in default and would be going to collections. Account is paid up in full it was paid 2 day after the work was completed. I have both email receipt, paper receipt and Credit card receipt. The work was done in late July and the email for collections was sent Sept 15th 2023.

      Good afternoon.

      There are 2 people in our office and as in all offices sometimes there is a communication issue, duplicate paperwork or errors in processing invoices and payments.  I agree with the customer that this was shown as a receipt.  This is an oversight on our part but I will confirm in our accounting program.  Once confirmed that the credit card payment processed I will reach out to the customer by email when I return to the office.  If we have an email address will offer a 10% refund for the confusion as well an apology letter.  

      I can be contacted at ********** tomorrow.

      This payment was received.

      Due to a accounting glitch in showed outstanding. 

      It has been corrected and a apology has been sent.

      We recently changed credit cards system and provider and glitch has caused us some issues. 

      Its being resolved.

      Good morning

      I would also like to note that specifically in my email to this customer I stated as follows:

      "To date you have not attempted to reach out to us.  If you have paid already, we require proof."  This was not provided to us by only to you.  

      However, we still admit that this is our error, but, the customer was very quick to contact you before trying to resolve the mistake with us.
