      Last summer I purchased a weight loss plan here. I paid cash for the program and started right away with the free session. I bought the 2nd package normally $1699 + tax but I believe they were running a promotion and it was a bit cheaper. I did some sessions and then left the Chatham a bit for work. I was told that was not a problem and I could continue with my sessions when I returned. When I returned back to Chatham this location was closed. I was never given a call or email. My money is now gone. The fact that I paid cash meant that I couldn't go through my Credit Card company for a refund. I have tried emailing and calling the old number looking for my money back for my 12 sessions left. I will look to see if I can find my paperwork for this and upload at a later time I'm sure it was all thrownout as I never would of expected this. They had it all for sure and if they don't want to come clean for this I can't change that.

      I attended the Evolution Studio on Friday July 23, 2021 in Chatham Ont. For non invasive lupo sort of thing. It was free. It burned and I asked to have it taken off. She told me no one has ever complained before and thought it was odd. Her staff person promised to research it. She told me that I lost 1 inch and then started the sales pitch. She said you need minimum 8 to keep the results. Their hope was that you would continue buying. Buy 8 get one free. I spent 700 on my credit card that I shouldn't ****************************************** is an issue but this lady deceived me. The next session was on Mon July 26 and Wed July 28,2021. At both sessions I had to ask for the device to be removed early as it burned too much. I asked for a refund and she said I signed a no refund policy and that I could sell it on *********************. I told her that I could not, in good conscience, sell it. I made a review on her page and since then, 4 other women have contacted me that want to try and sue her.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/01/03) */ ****** joined our program July 22 2021. We always offer a complementary session to allow potential clients the opportunity to try it first. We do not push anyone to choose to join the choice is always theirs. ****** is claiming our machine burned her had this been the case why would she have choose to join. ****** visited 2 more times July 26th and 28th 2021 and stated it was really warm, we explained that was normal to feel warm. Never did our machine burn her as she is stating. Our Technology is LED which is non-invasive. We are not Laser which can be evasive in some cases. ****** had 4 more appointment booked that she missed and on August 18th she messaged us to say she had to move in a week. I explained that we do not do refunds however she can try to sell the remaining 6 sessions or we can try to for her. That is when she started saying we burned her and started not only harassing us but our clients as well. She went on all our ******** and ****** reviews and contacted every client that had posted a good review and said we burned her and we where a scam. Clearly our clients where happy with their results or they would not have posted a good review. They even had to ask her to leave them alone. She continued to slander our company and me personally. She even went as far as trying to get clients, past or present to band together to sue our company. I in good conscious will not be refunding ******. Had she not acted or reacted the way she did we would have tried to at least sell them for her. That sort of behavior would not be tolerated by anyone. August 21st was the last thing I heard from her until December 21st, when she started again with suing me etc. We have been In business over 8 years and me in weight loss for over 20 years. Never have I experienced behavior like this. No I cant and haven't always made everyone happy but I sure try or tried.
