      3 weeks since my order was placed and my payment was taken.product still not shipped.also charged for shipping even though they claim its free shipping in Canada.working on the process of cancelling my order and getting money back would not recommend dealing with this company and will never order here again.

      Good prices, nice website, says 'Free Delivery' for set of 4 tires.... until you go to check out and delivery is $180. Misleading sales tactics - shady.

If the shipping quote from our courier exceeds this amount, clients will see the additional charge at checkout or will receive a message explaining the extra cost required to ship their order. Clients then have the option to cover the additional cost or cancel their order.

      The overall experience was positive.I did however have an issue with the *** monitor on my vehicle and the sensors installed on the wheels which turned out to be an easy fix. I submitted this information/concern to Canada Wheels and asked if they in fact installed the *** sensors on the rims to which they responded yes.I messaged back saying that my *** alert wouldn't turn off on the vehicle to which I never received a response.It turned out to be a reset setting on the vehicle itself but I had to do a bit of digging myself to sort that matter out.I guess I was just a bit disappointed that I didn't get any assistance to the alert on my vehicle but overall it wasn't a huge deal.I just needed to be patient and do some research.Problem solved!I honestly would have purchased these tires and rims from a friend of mine but my finances steered me towards an online purchase.It all turned out just fine at the end.

      Absolute joke, waiting 3 weeks and they still have no idea when my tires will ship even though they are in stock. Just wearing my winter tires out waiting for these guys

      Worst company to deal with. Do not buy anything from them. My husband ordered winter wheels/tires from this site. They emailed ** saying they were not in stock and suggested a different wheel/tire. We went with their advice. Waited weeks for the wheels/tires. When they finally arrived, they did not fit the vehicle! I asked about exchanging them for ones that actually fit. The process took weeks and I was stuck dealing with winter snow/ice without proper wheels/tires. Finally I just purchased new wheels/tires and worked on returning the old set since the exchange was taking too long. I mailed back the wheels/tires per their instruction. It has been months. They have the wheels/tires and still I have not received any refunds. The manager just keeps emailing me telling me it is coming. Still nothing. BEWARE of dealing with this company. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere.

After reviewing the tracking, your order was fully delivered within 11 business days. This is understandable given the seasonal demand for both us and the courier, as well as the distance the packages had to travel.Regarding the fitment issues you encountered with the winter wheels and tires, it's crucial to highlight that our installation instructions explicitly state that all orders are to be test fit prior to being mounted to tires. This was not done. Moreover, maintaining the original packaging is a standard requirement for returns, in line with our policy and that of the manufacturer. This was also not done.Your decision not to follow these instructions and requirements considerably complicated the return process. Consequently, the wheels and tires were classified as used and did not meet the established return criteria. In order to proceed with the return, we had to negotiate with the manufacturer for both the wheels and the tires, which was a lengthy process given the fact the items were now considered used.After reviewing the details, we confirm that the last items for return were shipped back on the 16th of February, resulting in a turnaround time of approximately three weeks for shipping and inspection. We believe this timeframe is reasonable, and apologize for any inconvenience caused.While you received a full refund for the tires, the manufacturer denied the return for the wheels due to their damaged condition upon return.We understand your frustration and apologize for any inconvenience caused. However, it's worth mentioning that our standard turnaround time for returns, when all conditions are met, is 3-5 business days. We hope this clarifies the situation. While we empathize with your frustration, it's essential to acknowledge the role your actions played in prolonging and complicating the return process.       Customers BEWARE!!!The return policy is not favourable to the customers. They will charge you to return items ordered in error. Even if it's the same day as ordered.Stay away!

      I received four winter tires, purchased for my son, good price, good delivery time, correct size and make. A few weeks later my son picked them up from me and went to get them installed. That's when we discovered that one of the tires was damaged beyond repair with two punctures in the side wall. I contacted CanadaWheels right away, expecting them to pick up the damaged tire and provide a replacement. My request was denied with the excuse that it took too long for me to report the problem. I was offered a small discount to purchase another tire from them. Worst customer service ever, I felt that I was being accused of damaging the brand new tire even though i explained that they had been stored safely in my garage the whole time and the installation was delayed because my son was out of the country for two weeks. If you order tires or anything from this company, I suggest you look it over very, very carefully upon receipt because they won't take ownership of damaged product.

We always encourage our customers to thoroughly check their orders before signing for them. We did take immediate action by submitting a warranty claim to the manufacturer on your behalf. Regrettably, the claim was denied, as the manufacturer cannot guarantee that the damage occurred before or after receipt. The pictured damage could have been caused by various factors, such as debris in a garage or an error in the shop.We genuinely empathize with your frustration and disappointment. Had the damage been reported at the time of delivery, we would have been more than willing to arrange for a prompt replacement. Unfortunately, after 20 business days and taking the items between two locations, we are bound by the manufacturer's refusal of the claim.       Only wish I had checked out this company with the *** before placing two separate orders. Their website shows nothing but glowing reviews!!!. An expensive ****** was just learned.Ordered a set of rims for $1,000. All four rims could not be properly balanced. I blamed the garage and took the car to a well known and highly rated tire shop to see if they could balance them. I was shocked to learn from the new garage that all four rims were manufactured out of round and the garage could not properly balance them. I had also purchased for another vehicle four TPMS sensors. These arrived this month and I had the same garage try to install them today. The shop just called and said two of them could not be programmed.I just got off the phone with ***************** ". After explaining the issues and offering the shops number (who could provide all technical information to someone who cared) I was told I would have to do all the leg work asking the shop to provide all the details of what was wrong and then forward them to Canada Wheels ****************** After reading all of the reviews on this site, I am not hopeful for any resolutions on either issue. I would be happy to revise this rating if they actually made these problems right. I am not hopeful.
