    We ordered 4 lift tickets on January 10 for this weekend February 19. My son contracted covid 19 this week and so we cannot go skiing this weekend and are cancelling our planned trip to Orillia. I notified Mount St Louis today and requested that our lift tickets be cancelled and refunded. Instead, they offered me a credit to use within this year - giving me just 3-5 weeks to use, since we cannot travel during that time we cannot use the credit. Since I've given them sufficient notice and they have not incurred any lost sales or cost associated with my booking I believe I should receive a full refund.

    I purchased 2 passes for the 2021/2022 season. Their computer program would not let me purchase 1 pass at the discounted rate. I immediately emailed customer service, to which they responded that I would be given a credit to spend there not a refund. When I picked up the passes I asked that the credit to be distributed between the 2 passes, they would not do this. At the end of the season, I went to the cafeteria to use the credit. I was $2 over. The cashier was unclear and I ended up paying the full amount for the food. I asked for a refund so that I could use the credit first. I was denied. When I sighed about the outcome, the owner sighed back at me therefore mocking my feelings about the situation.
