Outrageous business practices. First rooms not prepared for occupancy by 5-6 pm Room was filthy. I remove chair cushion to find bug carcuses n filth I refused to sit on furniture other than dining chair . No towels! Not one . Room did not open with our employees assistant. Told room key would work on terrace to smoke. Did not ..had to get employees to open . Tv not working. Needed employees almost 45 minutes to get working. Then went outside to have cigarette. On RTN inside. Room key didn't work Again . Manager accused us if using wrong keys !! Our fault !! At which time I was in need of washroom .due to my disabilities. I was not offered the use of any other . management continued to use the * word many times while insulting us the customer. I went outside to settle down from this outrageous accusations when clearly the maintenance was Their issue . When I came back in I find the manager with a can of **** spraying into lock .while insulting us continued. When soir was openex finally. Manager accused us if smoking I. The room. Yet this issue happened to the Fact we were Outside smoking!! The curse words that followed from manager mouth was something I would expect to hear in a jail . On my husband's way into hallway He heard the manager swearing at me threw the door .n called Me. A. *****. !! They then brought us down another key n told us .no smoking in room. Again. . And they would return at a later time of night to check for smoking. !! We asked many times for our money back. And management became more biligerant . I cannot believe this company owners are in business in our fine country . Many same complaints on ****** of over charging on credit cards n filth etc. This morning we again tried to discuss getting our money back after driving home approximately 11 pm . Ti have manager inform us. He is charging us $500 fine . For smoking in the pig pen room. I'm outraged .! With so many complaints on these ppl. Something Better b Done n fast !
