March 31 2021. I made a purchase for a pillow from this store. The pillow was purchased for $70. $29.99 paid by debit the remainder rendered in cash. The store was closed for a period of time due to Covid. When I contacted the store once the mall was again open the owner had a greed to issue my refund I had let him know at this point that I no longer have the receipt and he said that was no problem he would refund my item. I have been in contact with him several times he has suggested that I come to his location at Concord even though I purchased originally at erin Mills town centre in Mississauga. I advised him I would not be able to do so and his response to me was he would contact me the following day and have my item refunded in Mississauga. I then sent him a screenshot of the debit transaction so he was able to pull up the records from that purchase date. He then began to tell me that he would only refund me the $29. This item was not on sale when I purchased it and would not have been discounted at the time from the $70 that I purchased it at nonetheless I was already told I would be refunded my full per purchase price as the item is also not opened. I have contacted the owner again following up on my refund he has ceased to respond. **********************************
