I purchased : ******* SOLID WOOD TALL TV MEDIA STAND from Simpli-Home's eBay store on 23 May 2024. The item was delivered to me on 4 June 2024. I started to assemble the item on 6 June 2024, and discovered I am missing both LEFT DRAWER SIDE (QTY 2) marked ML. Please expedite shipment of the missing parts, as I now have the entire furniture kit spread around my living room floor and cannot complete the assembly until the missing drawer parts arrive. Simpli-Home responded with: Thank you for purchasing one of our Simpli-Home products. We are sorry to hear that you have to face issue with the purchase. To understand the issue in a better way, our team would require some more details. This will help us identify the root cause of the problem and provide an appropriate resolution in a timely manner. Once we get the below mentioned details, we will get back with the best possible solution. Simpli Home Customer Service" I replied: sent them all requested information and copies of labels and invoice. Asked them to Please expedite the shipment of the missing parts I outlined in my 1st Request. Simpli-Home responded: "We try our best to have 100% of the replacement parts that are needed available to our customers, sometimes we mis-forecast and run out of stock. Unfortunately, this is one of those times. At present, we do not have stock of the part that you requested." So basically, they wiped their hands off the matter and failed to correct a problem created by their own packaging department. I got no promise of parts to remedy the problem, and no further communication from Simpli-Home. $468 wasted. *****
