I can see the item supposedly shipped, the item cannot be tracked , I called *** * they said it’s a duplicate order and cannot be tracked . We purchased a TV stand from *********** (through *******)and when putting it together, thr hardware continued to just break. We contacted them directly, and they requested further information, which I immediately supplied. This was April 10-11th. I followed up a few days later and they again requested same info. Which I again immediately supplied. I followed up again and again was asked to supply same info. This has happened 5 times. Hello, I ordered a piece of furniture from ****** **** (order number: *******) a few weeks ago. When opened it and installed it, I found a large crack on top surface and inside. There is a small indent on the lateral side. The biggest problem is the heavy smell, ***** **** ** ******** ******** *****. I contacted customer service and opened a case (case number: *******. They asked some information and the disappeared. I wanted to get this picked up as soon as possible because of the heavy smell. A full refund is requested as well.Initial Complaint

Ordered ottoman Email has NO order number but says thank you for ordering. Link that shows ottoman is not working says “error message “— so basically we have NO clue if it’s coming to our house to be delivered or not. We spent the money and now it’s a ? Purchased the ************ TV stand on 8/14/22 for $329.00. On 8/22 I discovered one part arrived damaged. I followed their process to request a replacement part. Multiple emails were exchanged. Simpli home kept saying they were looking into it. However after 2 months of waiting no replacement part has been received. I requested a refund at least two times and they continued to say they were looking into it. To date, they are no longer responding to me and neither a replacement part nor a refund has been received.Customer response
