            Good Morning, I had signed up my daughter for gymnastics at High Flyers. Due to covid the school was shut down. I am still fighting to either get my balance back or given the classes(session) owed. I've contact a few times finally got a response,. They now want me to pay an admission fee of $25 in order to use my credit. I've already paid an adimssion fee when I signed my daughter up classes $525 for the session. I can not believe they will not just honour what they owe me or refund me the balance. This is suppose to be about kids having fun in actives, I guess to the school its all about money. I think companies should have an obligation to customers, if the shut down due to covid they should be refunding customers or give the option of finshing there sessions and not have to pay another admission fee. Thank you

            Every year Gymnastics Ontario charges a registration fee of $25 for every student. This is an insurance to protect the child and the club. Unfortunately this is not a fee that can be waived as it's a mandatory fee we must pay to Gymnastics Ontario to re-register the child.

            This was explained to the customer as well.

            Hello, Yes I already paid the $25 admission fee when I first signed up ($525). Not sure why I have to pay again for trying to use my balance of $158 due to the fact the school closed because of covid not that we missed any classes. Due to the covid lockdown customers should either get a refund for the classes not used or be given the opportunity to use the balance without any fees. I have requested to use my balance on several occasions and finally got a response email a few days ago. Which again I was told about a $25 admission fee, I've asked to deducted the $25 from my balance, again not sure why I have to pay $25 again to use my reminding balance/classes. I'm sorry this doesn't make any sense to be charged again for admission fees, if that's the case in my email back to you I stayed to deduct $25 from my $158 and I'd like my daughter to use the classes. Unfortunately, due to the covid shut down from our government we have all been through hard ships but at least honour what I've paid for instead of me having to argue to get my balance/classes. I do not think I'm asking for anything unreasonable.
