I PURCHASED medical Insurance from MSG Canada, and I can keep extending my dates of starting the policy until I want. I always informed them through email about extensions, but in July the new rule email rolled out of paying the insurance in full, so I needed some more information as I enrolled for monthly plan . I called them and informed them at the same time about extending my insurance dates. I was under impression that if I told them over the phone so no need for email. But the payment started deducting. I spoke to the gentleman who said he is the supervisor do not know the name and was assured it will not be deducting any more money until I inform them to start the policy. * ******* *** ***** Again the money got deducted from my account, and this time it deducted 25 dollars extra on both policies. I called the office and ***** ** **** *** *** * ************. She said she saw the notes and promised all money will be refunded or adjusted when I start the policy. They sent me email regarding policy which I called and provided all the details . After that no money was deducted so I was under impression that as the lady promised no money is getting deducted and its all sorted. My father came to Canada on Nov 29th so I called them and emailed to start the policy from the day but I got the email saying policy is cancelled and refunded. I ******** *** called the office lady said my payment did not go through so they cancelled the policy. * *** ******* ** I was never communicated about cancellation of policy nor about my payment failure from my card. I spoke to manager micky *** **** ******** ** **** ******* ****** *** I told him i will call next day morning as it was too late in the evening. Since then I am trying to call office to find out refund details as mentioned in email but no one is answering email not answering my questions over the phone. All the receptionist are telling that manager micky will call back but no one is calling back nor answering emails.
