We contacted the company to send a locksmith over as we were locked out of the house. The technician arrived 30 minutes later than he said and I showed him the door we needed to get in to. He told me $29.99 for the call and $289 for the service which I thought was already outrageous but we needed the service. After simply damaging the locks to get in, he replaced the knob and dead bolt with product from his truck. The product isnt high end by any means but it will do. He then helped change the battery on the front door lock. When I went to pay, the total owing was now $883.96. * ** * ***** ****** *** *** **** ***** *o I did not feel comfortable arguing price with the man and paid. The employee was nice however I am not sure how the service got up so high. I do not want other people to be put in my situation and would like a breakdown of my invoice and a credit issued to me as this was not a $900 service.
