TERRIBLE SERVICE AND NOT TRUSTWORTHY AT ALL. Called them, emailed them and explained thoroughly the issue with my refrigerator and freezer. A technician (D.T) came, did not check anything. Did not open the freezer from the inside to inspect the system, the board or anything, basically he only looked at it from the outside and left in 5 minutes. After 2 days sent me a quote for $900 I did not trust his assessment because he basically did nothing. Called another guy, came and inspected it properly. Fixed it for less than $400. Submitted a complaint by email and they didn’t do anything.Review from Joji G

****** **** ***** **** ******* *** *** ******** ** assigned them to do a repair on my dishwasher as the machine wasn’t drying the dishes. Their tech came spend hours and was going to leave saying the issue is due to the way i arrange the dishes. I told the tech that the machine is doing it for a week or so. then he called someone and checked the machine again. At this time (after more than 2 hours) he saw burnt wires and burnt mark on the board. Tech advised me that the wire harness and pcb needs to replaced and he will order the parts and be back in a week to replace those. When he was about to leave i asked him whether he can connect it back so that we can continue to wash the dishes. Tech spliced the wires and reconnected it. Tech told me that the machine may dry the dishes because of the reconnection but the parts need to be changed otherwise it’s a hazard. From that day dishwasher started to dry as well. He came back a week after with the parts and checked with us whether the machine worked over the week. We told him yes it did. He then refused to change the part eventhough he was the one who told me these parts need to be changed and he is doing a connection just so that we can wash the dishes. He left after not doing anything. I called this company back and they sent him again today. He repeated the same words and refused to accept that he said the parts needs to be changed. He left without replacing the parts. I called them back and the company is saying the tech has replaced the wire harness on the second visit. On the second visit he hardly spent 5 minutes at my home. All he did was just open the dish washer door and said it looks good. ARS wants me to call ** now to get a second opinion to make sure there is no hazard. ARS doesnt care when i told them the tech did not do any work on the second visit but his notes to them says the wire harness was replaced. Manager at their office started arguing that he replaced the parts on his second visit.Review from William T

* ** ************** We reported a faulty washing machine, using the description "no matter what size the load the machine dances around the laundry room." We had to wait ten days for the technician to turn up. The "technician" arrived and, chatted with me and carried out his tests, which included checking that the machine was level by placing his measure on the curved control panel. He then ran a spin cycle, with an empty machine. He told me it could be either the struts or shock absorbers, he called his supervisor, they came to a joint conclusion, he left. I had heard nothing so I called the office today, Feb 27th. and was told that the "joint conclusion" the technician and his manager came to was that there was nothing wrong with the machine. He did not tell me this before he left. Had he done so I would have insisted on doing a spin/rinse cycle with a few items in the machine while he watched. How can a technician and his supervisor come to the conclusion nothing is wrong if they haven't carried out the proper tests?? Several emails, one which included the fault notification video from the machine. Their conclusion was that we were loading the machine incorrectly. A few more emails and they sent us a quote for $1224.69 for parts for a machine which had no faults. ARS and there technician Peter were great to deal with. Our gas range had a couple of problems. Everything was clearly explained and the issues quickly and efficiently resolved. I have no hesitation recommending ARS and give a shout-out to Peter.Review from Graziella W

Everyone from my call to the service man who attended were professional and polite. The serviceman took the time to explain why I was seeing a gap between my dryer door and to remind me how to properly care for my machine! * **** ** **** * ********* ******* *** ******* *** ********* They repaired my dryer and told me the cost 242 including one wheel and then he said he needed to change two more wheels I approved. The total was 340 but they charged me 422.48. When I sent them an email they said that 242 did not include the wheel. When the guy who repaired told me very clearly that it was with one wheel. When I asked for a refund they blindly refused saying what he meant was 242 plus wheel. They are playing with words and not refunding me the money. The Concerned person says the technician has a problem with English Language. It is not about 80 dollars it is about professional ethics.Review from Chris M

**** ******* ** ******, even after explaining to the operator the exact problem I had and part required the tech came with no info and no part. They charge you to diagnose and then you wait till they have the part on hand which could take forever then soak you again. I tried to order part and it’s a 3 to 4 week wait. So naturally I figured if ** recommends them then they must have parts on hand. Nope they don’t, waste of time money and patience. The tech was nice and he tried to help out but when I asked if he had the displacement valve he said the only info he got was that it wasn’t cleaning. Do yourself a favour and call in actual professionals, *** ***** *********.Review from Brian H

Taylor came to check out my non-working dryer. He came back several days later to replace the heating element. I paid over $300 & he wouldn't take credit cards. Within 10 days or so, the dryer stopped working again. I called & spoke to him & said he would be here on Wed., Jan. 18. He never showed up, despite sending me a confirmation email the day before. I scheduled an appt for this morning & he didn't show up. I have sent messages & called & no one has responded. *** ******* **** **** ******* ** * *** ***** *** ****** ****** ****
