I would like to file a complaint against Brilliex Pest Control Inc. I paid Brilliex Pest Control Inc. $550 to resolve a racoon problem in my attic. Although, Sam of Brlliex had initially quoted me $350 to fix the issue, he ended up charging me $550 and the racoon problem remains unresolved. During his initial visit on April 21, Sam of Brilleix said he found only ONE major opening in the front area and he would fix this by closing the opening and installing a one-way trap door. He then said we have to pay an additional $150 as wire meshing was needed to close the opening. We had no choice but to agree to the additional cost, as Sam said he would not give warranty if the additional mesh was not added and would charge us *********** extra if he had to come back to do the job. Sam left assuring us that the racoon problem is resolved and to call him if we heard noises in the attic after three days of the job being done. We continued to hear noises and I also found a pot light on the exterior of the roof pulled out. I called Sam and he came back to check the problem on April 26. He checked the pot light area in the roof which had come off and said he is doing me a favour by putting a mesh underneath the pot light. I told Sam that the racoon may still be inside and to check I the attic. He refused to do so. During his second visit, he said there are two openings and I need to pay an additional $150 to fix the problem. I told him this was contrary to what he had said in the initial visit and why would I be fixing only one opening had he told me of two? ********************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** I have paid Brilliex $550 & the racoon problem remains unresolved. *************************************************************************************** I need a full refund *********************************************************************
