After spending almost $40K on windows, doors & garage door for my home I am appalled that I cannot get anyone to call me back to talk about my concerns. Windows & doors were installed in August & the very next morning I had water in the house. Called the rep - no response; called the office - was told to log a service ticket over email. Received email explanations & asked for someone to call me - no one did. My garage door arrived in Sep. The installation was not completed ************** & the door colour was not what I was told it would be. Called customer service & the rep providing photos. Was told the install wasnt right & would need to be corrected. Was told the door was the colour I selected. I picked the colour based on the reps guidance & her commitment that it wouldn't be exactly the same but would be CLOSE-it is not. Most recent conversations with rep & customer service were on Monday Sep 03 - no call backs. I called back Friday Oct 4 & was told the issue would need to be escalated - so nothing has been done & then told to send an email (which I had already sent detailing everything) & log a service ticket. I don't understand how a company would not have the decency to call back after being paid in full to actually talk about this especially since provided a detailed email outlining my concerns. My email included information on installers using my ladder, taking drinks from my garage, leaving drink cans on the floor in the garage & smoking in the garage with the door open to my house. The only direct # the cust service person was willing to give me was to third party people about painting my brand new garage door - still no conversation with me about whether or not that would be a suitable resolution. I am so completely frustrated & disappointed. All of this could have been easily resolved if someone would have called me back. Instead, I'm left chasing & chasing with no luck reaching anyone who cares & actually able to do anything to help.
