            We bought a washer from them and it didn’t work from the very beginning. I tryed contacting them through messenger and by phone and the never responded. My husband took the washer back and they did give us another one and again we had nothing but problems with it. Now it hasn’t even been a month. They say 3 month’s warranty. I finally got a text back from them saying we did what we could and if you don’t like it take us to court. * **** **** **** ** **** * **** ** **** **** ***** ***** ******** *** **** **** *** *******. Please help. $400 is a lot of money.

            Purchased a stackable washer and dryer. Paid $800.00 including delivery and installation. An hour after delivery, we put our first load in the washer. It turned on, began filling with water then abruptly stopped and turned off. We tried again with the same results. We waited an hour and tried again. The next day, we tried again. Still didn’t work.tried to call but calls were not returned. Went to the place of business at *** **** *** *** Dundas, Ontario and we’re told that someone would come out to repair. No one ever showed. Our calls have been blocked. We have taken to sitting outside this business with a sign explaining our situation. The police have been called by the owner but we we’re told that we were within our right to stay on the public sidewalk. We have been there on two different days. He refuses to talk to us and just told us to stay off his property or he would contact police again. His last text to us told us to ******
