We worked with the Durham team. What a great experience. Great design, quality materials, excellent finishes. The project was completed on time and on budget. The build team were on time everyday, kept the place clean, and kept us informed. We would highly recommend them.

We have been in our house for 20 years and have had no time to upgrade or remodel due to our busy schedules with kids. We had gotten a quote from HDD years ago and just couldn’t do it at the time. So when we decided to go ahead with our project we called them back and we’re happy we did. So many great companies out there but what made the difference is their experience, their availability and their commitment to good work. We really felt comfortable with our salesperson who came to our house several times to answer questions and put our mind at ease. We have since recommended them many times to all our friends and family who love our deck when they come over. ** *** ****** ******* ******* *********! They did a horrible job on my deck, so many mistakes and ****** workmanship. They refused to take responsibility and we are forced to take them to court. Instead of fixing what they did wrong , they chose to do nothing and force us to take legal action . ** *** ****** **** ******* ** ***** **** ******** **** *** ********, they over charge for *** workmanship.Hickory Dickory Decks Response

We would highly recommend using Hickory Dickory Decks for your deck project. From the initial consult to applying for a permit, to construction until the very last detail was completed, everyone in the company was nothing but professional. Adam, the manager, kept us informed every step of the way. The build team were prompt every morning and cleaned up the site every evening before going home each night. I am a bit of a perfectionist and even I was solidly impressed at the precision of the miter edge joins. The project took exactly the time we were told and the permit was closed without any issues. I was also happy to see the workers having fun, joking and singing while working- just set the right tone for the job (although the singing needed a bit of work!!). 5 or 6 years ago, Hickory Dickory Decks built a beautiful backyard deck at our home. They acquired the necessary permits and provided high quality materials and as was agreed upon, they built it exactly as we wanted. They provided quality workmanship and they left our yard clean and tidy after completion. A couple of years ago, we went back to Hickory Dickory Decks to have them build a pergola with a sunshade for our deck. Again, they provided quality materials, workmanship and the job was completed beyond our expectations. A couple of issues came up with the operation of the sunshade that required post installation service. This work was completed without hesitation and to our satisfaction. We are very greatful to Tom, Colin and Scott for their attention to detail and their willingness to satisfy our concerns. We would highly recommend Hickory Dickory Decks for any deck builds and any other recreational add-ons to your home.Review from Elliot K

Had a new deck installed by Hickory Dickory Decks and could not have been more satisfied. They did a wonderful job. Frank and his crew were ultra professional, always on time and paid extreme attention to detail. Would recommend them wholeheartedly.
